A Dance with Mammon – Part 1 : I will make you work

Calling

Before I began working with Lord Mammon I had a conversation with my Mentor. He is the reason that I ended up working with Mammon. It was through his recommendation that I contacted and worked with this incredible Dark Lord and I am forever grateful and thankful for this. Everything my mentor told me about Mammon was true, everything he warned me about was accurate and it has truly been the most incredible and transformative journey of my life.
The conversation started…

Mentor: “You should contact Mammon, especially if you want to learn about wealth,” My mentor advised. “Have you heard of Mammon?”

Me: “No? I mean I have, but I have never worked with him. ”

Mentor : “You should! Mammon is the Demon lord of Wealth and abundance! He is one who teaches men to build empires! How do you think I am where I am? Those who work with Mammon can build empires! He has been helping me for years, but I will warn you, he demands work on your part and his lessons are never easy.”

I pondered for a moment.. “From working with Mammon you built everything you have?”

Mentor: “Yes, Mammon has taught me everything I know and he still continues to teach me. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you should really work with Mammon!”

“The rewards are great, as are the lessons learned” My mentor stated

“Ok,” I said, “I would love to work with Mammon, what do I need to do?”

“I will send you his sigil and Enn. Though I warn you, he is not easy to contact, he will look for commitment and discipline from you. I know you want to grow your business, Mammon is the way to do that.”

“What is he like?” I asked.

“You will find out…. ”

I could see the grin on his face. He loved this part, the initial learning, he loved to do this to me. He knew I had to learn to approach demons, he knew I had to learn the correct protocols and he was going to let me fall if I got it wrong. He knew I knew enough that I wouldn’t die, but he also knew I had to learn these skills and that I would learn if I got my ass handed to me. I could tell from the smile that Mammon was one of those demons… Approach with respect and understanding.

“I won’t let you down.”

“I know you won’t.”

I took Mammon’s sigil and I realized I knew nothing about him. My mentor, I swear, enjoyed watching me attempt to uncover information and details about them and through trial and error figure out what I was doing. He would guide me, but he really pushed me to do a lot of the work myself. He really was not going to hold my hand. He guided me but I had to work, and work hard.

I first googled… Back then there was not as much on demons as there is today and what I found was degrading at best. I decided to take a different approach with Mammon. I was going to meditate with his sigil and chant his Enn and write out the impressions that I received of him.

I set up an altar and began my meditation, gazing at his sigil and chanting his enn. My intent was to gather enough information to connect with him and find the best way to approach him. I needed to figure out what he liked and how to set up this altar for a ritual space. I continued chanting his Enn and focusing on his sigil. I felt the energy change and I suddenly was flooded with images.

I saw an incredibly handsome Demon, with light, almost platinum blonde short styled hair. Piercing blue eyes, he was tall with very regal robes, a black tail with a gold tip, with large black and gold wings and a pair of black and gold horns atop his head. He looked incredible. His eyes were piercing and he looked incredible. Then suddenly another demon was standing before me. wearing a suit, he had black hair and grey eyes with grey horns and a tail.

“So you want a meeting with Lord Mammon?”

“Yes please”

The Demon grinned. “What makes you think you are ready to approach the great Lord of Wealth and Abundance?”

“I am trying to learn, I want to learn what Mammon likes so I can construct a ritual space he will like. I wish to learn from Mammon, to learn his wisdom and heed his guidance. Are you one of his advisors?”

“I am, the fact that I am here you should be honored. We know the one you work with and I am going to teach you the protocols for working with Lord Mammon.”

“Thank you, I am very grateful, I would like to know the best offerings for him please.”

“Gold little human, gold and lots of it. Mammon is a Demon Lord and a King of Wealth and Abundance! You will need to construct an altar befitting that and Mammon hates being approached from a disrespectful place.”

“I understand. The only ritual I read was the one in the Goetia, and I did not like it.”

The demon hissed, “That approach would not bring the results you desire.”

“I don’t intend to use it.”

The demon’s eye were darker. “I will task you, if you want to approach Lord Mammon you will do the following. You will write your own ritual. It will be respectful, you will claim sacred space for you and the great Lord to meet. Mammon is a king, you will honour him with gold or Yellow candles, frankincense, precious metals and crystals: Citrine, Carnelian, Pyrite, Gold, Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, I know you have these items. You will set up this altar and you will create a space, Lord Mammon likes it when people show effort and initiative. ”

The image of the Altar appeared in my head, I knew how it was going to look, I knew how the ritual was going to go and I knew exactly what he wanted. I thanked this demon and he departed.

The Ritual

I spent the next few days writing out the ritual. I knew I was on a time limit as my Mentor was expecting to hear of my results from this. I also wanted to make sure I got it right. I spent the time with my writing. I really was called to Mammon and the more I worked with the energies the more I wanted to get to know him. I really was getting excited about working with him. I tweaked the ritual, I wanted to show my respect to him. I also wanted it to be a physical invocation which meant I had to raise the energies high enough in order to create a space that he could appear.

I knew exactly what I wanted for this ritual and I worked with the energies. I added in some elements which would raise the vibrations. I also trained myself. I knew Mammon liked Focus and concentration. I had to be present! I had to make sure my mindset was in the best shape. I did focusing exercises. I worked on my mental mastery. I had a feeling Mammon liked these things. I worked as hard as I could to do the black dot gazing, I wanted my mind sharp! Mammon was the demon lord of wealth and abundance and I was going to honour him and show him I was ready to work with him.

I looked at this ritual, it was going to be grand. Very grand.

I sought Council with Azazel before, I had a good connection with him and I wanted to make sure I was going to get this right. I left my body and went to our cave.

“To what do I owe this visit?” He mused behind me.

“I know you know why I am here, I am going to approach Mammon. I wanted to ask you about this ritual, I am a little unfamiliar with rituals at this point.”

“Well, I would advise against the Goetia,” he cheekily winked at me.

“I know that!” I laughed.

“On the path you want to walk you will have to learn about rituals and approaching different demons from a place of respect. Let me see what you have.”

I showed him the ritual that I had thus far. He looked at it and had a smile on his face as he mused over my notes. I could tell that he was pleased with it.

“This is very respectful, I like how you worded this.”

“I wanted to make it more like an invitation. Preparing a sacred space then inviting the great Demon Lord to come join me, I came at it from the place of wanting to make him comfortable.”

“I know Mammon and I know he will like this. Though I am going to tell you right now, he is going to make you work hard, he is going to break you of EVERYTHING you know. Everything that holds you back and you are going to be put through your paces. These things may seem cruel at times, but you have a lot of energies and beliefs that are binding you and holding you back and Mammon is the one who is going to break you of them.”

He continued reading and pointed out some things I might want to consider tweaking. I listened to his suggestions and saw what he was saying. He was telling me how to tweak things in the space to help raise the energy vibrations. I listened to him intently, observing him and his brilliance. Azazel is one who has a special brilliance to him and I have honestly always loved and cherished every encounter I have had with him.

“There you go,” he smiled.

I looked at the completed ritual. It was amazing. I was excited. The energy vibration was completely opposite what was in the Goetia and it was powerful and incredible.

I hugged Azazel and left.

I prepared all day. I knew Mammon was a demon of health so I ate salads and drank only pure water. I was preparing my body for this. I cleaned the house and set up the Altar space. It was beautiful when it was completed. I looked around for a moment and breathed deeply. I was going to get this right. I put my robes on and stepped into the ritual space. I had taken a great deal of time to memorize the ritual that I had prepared. I entered the trance state and raised my energy vibrations. I began. I began the ritual of inviting Mammon to join me. My goal was to seek council with this amazing Dark Lord.

When I reached the point of the ritual I felt a presence. He was there. He was standing there right in front of me. I could see him as clearly as I saw all the items placed on my altar. His blue eyes met my brown, and I took a moment to just stare at him. He was incredible in energy and presence.

The Reading List 

He broke the silence, “I hear you wish to work with me.”

“Yes Lord Mammon, that is my request, please.”

He stood there watching me and staring at me. I couldn’t read him. I had no idea what he was thinking. “To work with me you have to start shifting your energies, you are stuck, you are stagnant, your mindset is not anywhere close to where it needs to be. You have to get out of the thinking traps you are imprisoned in. If you want to work with me you need to start laying a foundation for this change. I require you to read the following books.”

Me: “Read books?”

Mammon: “Yes, books are the heralds of change, they house the vibrations of the words they speak and the books you choose to read will shift your vibrations and open you up to new energies and places, energies you don’t even know exist. I will make you work.”

Me : “You mean Magick books?”

Mammon: “No, my reading list is quite a bit different, you are after the secrets of the universe, the secrets of abundance and wealth, these secrets hide in the writings of many authors. I need you to read these books so we can work through them and understand the concepts and vibrations that you need to master. Read these books..”

I took note of the books. Some of them I had, but some I was going to have to pick up.

Mammon : “Once you read them call me and we will discuss them. We will discuss what you saw in them, what I saw in them and how the vibrations in them are going to initiate the start of your liberation from you own mind. My methods are harsh, I am a strict teacher and many say my lessons are cruel. If you want to learn from me you have to be prepared to accept everything you are going to be faced with. Do you understand?”

Me : “Yes.” (HA, HA, HA, no.. I had no idea, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world)

With that he vanished and I was left exhilarated and excited. I was ready, I quickly ran to my computer preparing an email for my Mentor, I had to tell him what had just happened!
