Wisdom from my Mentor – Finding an Expert

Find an Expert

I will never forget the day my mentor taught me a valuable lesson. We were exploring a connection between the Hellenic Pantheon and the Demons, and I remember him telling me.

“We need a Hellenic expert”

I was perplexed and I went, “but wait, are you not an expert?”

“I am when it comes to Satanism and Demons,” He said “But not when it comes to Hellenic practises, you want to learn about different groups from one who walks the path. Be mindful of this, anyone can say they have worked with an entity, but you want someone who is committed to their path to reveal the essence of that entity.”

This was very wise of him, I realize that now. I know my path that I walk, it is with demons, and even amongst them, I have worked with some more then others. Excelling in any area means to have to go deep over wide, and that means that your expertise is focused and committed. That does not mean you cannot learn from others or learn from other entities, I have formed an amazing connection with the Archangel Metatron, he and I have a very good connection, but my connections with the other archangels is quite a bit strained. That is ok with me, Demons are my path, they are where my heart is and belongs and they are where I put a majority of my focus.

My mentor then found a Hellenic Priestess who did the invocation for Zeus, and we did the invocation for Lord Mammon. Together, with combined knowledge we solved the question and found out that the connection was folly. This connection between the GreeK Gods and the Demonic Lords did not exist. It was quite the experience to partake in, and brought with it many lessons. Through talking to and working with the Hellenic practitioner we learned that at times there are alliances between the pantheons, and they do interact, but intimate connections are rare, and the outer spiritual world is a massive place! Many of the groups are in completely separate regions, or even realms.

There are many experts out there, in many different fields, but no one is an expert in all, and those who claim to may have knowledge in all, but true commitment and mastery sometimes involves leaving other paths behind. When you focus and commit yourself to an area of expertise in means that you are striving for mastery. You look at those who are in University doing their PHD thesis, they devote an insane amount of attention and focus on a very particular area of research. This does not mean you have to give up exploration of other areas, but that mastery and that commitment to ones path, ones calling, it takes you deep into that path to reveal layers that are sometimes hidden. Committing yourself in a highly focused way creates mastery. It allowed for an understanding and unlocking or certain secrets.

The fun is when you get many people together on different paths who have come at this with the same level of commitment to their path. When you combine minds and explore topics and ideas, you can unlock even more secrets.

My path has always been demons, I know about them as individuals, I understand their mindsets, I understand their cultures. That is my path. I love talking about other beings with those who are masters in their own path, it is very enlightening, but my heart is always with demons, and my perspective of other beings and cultures comes from my deep understanding of demons. I look to others who walk different paths to hear their perspectives and understandings of others.
My mentor taught me that day, to be a master, means I have let go of mastery in all areas, and focus on where my heart calls, demons, he also taught me that the minds of many masters can come together and solve incredible mysteries, and it is through working with those who have mastered their path that you gain understanding and wisdom.

When you want to learn about a topic, look to those who walk that path, who live it and breath is and understand it from the depth of their soul. They are the ones to teach you. Even I look for those who have mastered their own paths to learn of their divine wisdom. I have many people who I respect and enjoy learning from, people who walk in those worlds and have their own journeys to share.

When you want to learn something, look for someone who walks the path of what you wish to learn, like my mentor and I did, we sought one who was a master in their own path and it made all the difference.
