Wonderful Communication with the coven

I am currently going through the process of purchasing through the store.
The communication has been outstanding, the coven have happily replied to my questions and have provided excellent step by step support. It is making the whole process of buying much simpler and stress free. Despite the time zone difference I know that they are on hand to offer guidance. I am under no doubt that if future help is required that they will be there for me.
I will definitely be buying from their store in the future.
