A really great presentation I came across, that provides simple tools to allow any resistance to accomplishing anything to exist inside you without judgement and work for you instead of against you. This is essentially a form of shadow work, in and of itself. If anyone tries it, I'd be interested to hear what results you had with it!

This is beautiful and it is not just shadow work, it is also very foundational of what the LHP stands for and what it is. I really enjoyed watching this thank you so much Heidi for sharing it! It. It is a great video!
