The importance of rest days is well known to people all around. The main question is, what do you do during your rest days?

I've started to properly take rest days, and being honest, I have no clue at all what to do, so looking for advice and ideas please.

I'm not totally sure what you mean by "rest days," maybe days off from work?

I work full time and go to college half time. So, I'm super busy.

On the two days off from work I get, I try to balance the chores so I'm not doing too many on one day so that my days off feel restful.

I normally have to get up at 5 am for work. So, on my days off I make sure to sleep in as much as I can to recharge.
