Holy moly Kitsune, I was just wondering about this. I have a book on balancing chakras but then I went there has to be a way to personalize it more to me. I was even going to ask a DL if I could use sound, then boom you posted this! Thanks

Hello Kitsune,
Thanks a lot for this excellent instructive thread.
I really appreciate your spirit of research as well as your active role in this forum.
This thread is really a very useful tool for working with the chakras for diverse purposes.

The Chakra Tones Chart is very important and useful .
Even certain esoteric / mystical organisations use those various tones or vowels during their
congregational activities.

Nice bump, I always find hidden threads I seem to miss. There seems to be problems with
blockage with my chakras. I shall see if this method works and how it effects me.
