This is one topic I will always go back to, so I can keep in mind. I am glad I have not started on my Spirit Keeping journey anchored on the "big promises" but more of companionship to learn from the different entities and spirits.

I tried this the other day (before I joined the forum) and it really did work. As an empath it really is draining. However, this exercise really worked and I feel less drained now. Thank you so much for this!
