One of the lessons that we are big on when people are staring out is developing a spiritual foundation. The Spiritual foundation is so important when walking any spiritual path as it is the basis for ones abilities and skills.

So this next video we decide to covers one of the foundational skills: Shielding... This is the first video I have done without the filter... *runs and hides* LOL!!

Thank you Kit! That makes me so happy, I will use the mic from now on moving forward. It was acting slow this morning, I am glad that it showed up on YT.
