I'm using Natural Ophthamalics Homeopathic Cineraria Eyedrops for Cataract.
I just read that medical grade castor oil dissolves cataracts in a few months, so I think I'll find some of that, too. My poor, old dog is losing her hearing and she's half blind from cataracts. I'm hoping to make things better for her, so she isn't lost in the dark.
