New acquisition: large, heavy Shiva lingum!

I just received a lovely and rather large Shiva lingum. That's not the best part: THIS Shiva lingum is made of auralite 23! It came from India, and it is often not wise to trust China or India when buying crystals. They play all kind of tricks, for instance this is NOT the even more beautiful specimen pictured....however, I took a chance on a hunch, and am now the proud owner of the biggest damn piece of Auralite 23 I have ever laid eyes on! Most of it is a spikey chevron amethyst material, but looking close and using a light and magnification, sure enough...Auralite! This bad boy is 9cm by 5cm (3 1/2 inches by 1.75 inches) approximately. It is NOT the lovely stone they pictured, but it undoubtedly IS Auralite! Yippee! Hmmm....must find room somewhere for a Shiva Altar in my house! Aum! Namah! Shivayah!

yes, i really agree most of china and india seller sell fake stone. i had plastic stone / synthetic from seller at india and china.

I would not say this is a shiva lignam. shiva lignam is more of a natural stone. Just the shape alike.

It is either an altar piece like
this or if we're talking about the stone from the holy river, it's
this where the light parts represent the female energy and the dark parts the male energy and the stone is about the balance of male and female.
