3) Select a place that you would like to astral view, it can be any place on or off this planet.

4) Close your eyes and breathing deeply, focus on your forehead (the location of your third eye) and connect to the energies of your third eye.

5) When you feel your third eye, it might be a sensation like a pulsing or a spinning sensation, then think of the place you wish to astral view.

6) Begin by imagining it and then start to allow yourself to connect to the energies of the place. Ask yourself what is going on? What are you sensing? What energies can you sense in the area? Take everything that comes and just allow yourself to feel the energies without judgement.

7) Stay there for as long as you desire taking in the impressions, when you come back write what you sensed in a journal.
