What do you mean by grandfathered in?
It's a term which stands for the proposition that people who had previously qualified under the old rules for the tenured position and had it granted to them, but perhaps wouldn't qualify under the new rules, would still be allowed to keep their tenured status. It's like if you went to work at a job and your contract gave you privilege "X" - but the company decides later to stop offering that privilege to new hires, they may "grandfather" you in and allow you to keep that privilege even though they're not still offering it to the new employees. Make sense?

Try messaging Anatel, you'll probably get better success with that since theyre usually really busy so they may not always have time to check all the posts going on

Bumping for updated forum levels, and also Kharybdis, Velca, and Marosey, your blogs are set up! The new rules will be for all those from now on, those of you who are set up, you will remain tenured.
Things are a little more organized to in the blogging section.
