A Cryptmas Advent Calendar
It's the time of the year when the days grow cold and the nights get dark. Where you find yourself bundled up to get cozy for the winter. On this advent calendar, we are focusing on the connections with our companions and loved ones around us. You can do each activity out of order, skip some, or do all of them. Whatever draws you in, allow those creative and comforting energies to flow. This is a time of friends and family, those that we want around us. Bring your companions along!
Day Three
Day Three begins with continuing to explore the psychic senses with your companion. This is especially true for the lesser used senses (Taste & Smell). It's becoming cold out, which means that some of the best experiences come from the comfort of home. It can be your favorite cup of hot cocoa, the the comfort of a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup, or your Nana's cookie recipe. The Comfort foods of home can be some of the best ways to relax.
For Day Three, let's invite our companions back. Instead of offering food, ask them to share some comfort food of their own. If you are able to Astral, you can absolutely do this through those senses. If you are unable to Astral or OOBE, then it's okay, we'll do a different method.
Sit in a place of peace. You can do your own version of feasting with your companion on the astral - which you can share the experience here. Invite your companion to sit across from you again. You can do this a couple of ways. The first method is to ask them to share food with you, transferring it energetically so that you can taste through your mouth. Think of like a phantom taste or memory recall of a food you've eaten before - that's how it'll manifest. Have them hold the food up to your nose, see if you can smell it. Focus your energy on your surroundings and on what your senses are picking up.
The other method is to transvocate with them, merge your energies together so that you share your body and have them taste their comfort food, transferring that taste to you as they do so. They can do this with smells as well. Try smelling and tasting the food.
What do you taste? Do you smell anything? Can you feel the textures or anything different about it? Ask them to send you an image of what it is, stretch the telepathy and clairvoyance a bit.
Experiment and try different companions if you work with more than one.
