Advent Day 1 - Halloween Attunement w/ Companion

I decided to work with the Ifrit Djinn whose vessel is always with me, but who I haven't actually worked directly with for a while.
After a bit of wandering and debate, the song became clear: Blue Oyster Cult's "Veteran of the Psychic Wars".
After I came out of my meditation, I came in to listen to the song together...
Two hours later, I realized that I had gotten distracted and forgotten about song...

Today, as I was doing my morning meditation, it occurred to me that I never did pull up the song.
I thought about a story that was told at a PSG workshop about a subject completely avoiding an item she was asked to sleep with and realized that maybe I wasn't just getting distracted by some clickbait story, but rather that the song represents something I've been avoiding, and I need to figure out what it is

I approached my Demon Companions, my spiritual family, about doing this together, and received an immediate yes! But there was an immediate twist. I’ve tried to not overthink what followed. I believe it is Kiy guiding me in this, like a Conductor, leading me in my impressions. A wild chaotic yet orchestrated movement, not logic, just an eruption of feelings and songs,
and an ever demanding descent…

This was intensely bonding for me. It’s a reaffirming of my true self and relationship with my inner child and our way of perceiving things; of believing in my own reality no matter the disruptions it may cause…… It’s just letting myself fly and finding my companions there, at my side.
